Career Advising & Resources

Peer Career Advisors

Student Perspectives + Career Support.

Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are a group of highly trained student ambassadors dedicated to helping you navigate the full range of resources and services at the Center for Career Development (CCD).

As CCD ambassadors who understand the student experience firsthand, PCAs are available to assist you with the following career topics:

  • Resume & Cover Letters: Get personalized feedback to ensure your application materials are polished, professional, and ready to catch an employer's eye.
  • 12twenty: Learn how to navigate the platform, from accessing the Resource Library and scheduling advising appointments to RSVPing for career events and searching for internships, externships, and/or jobs.
  • Internship & Job Search: Get practical help with taking those first (or next) essential steps toward your next opportunity.
  • Resource Tours: Get a quick, guided tutorial on the CCD’s website, including Focus2 (self-assessment) and other online career resources.
