Career Advising for Alumni
Careers are rarely linear. Whether you’re refining your next move or reconsidering your direction entirely, CCD advisors offer strategic, personalized guidance. We support alumni with:
- Career transitions and exploration
- Resume and cover letter strategy
- Interview preparation and salary negotiation
- Graduate and professional school planning
- Leadership positioning and advancement strategy
- Career assessments for clarity and alignment
All appointments are scheduled through our online system, 12twenty. You can also attend CCD events listed on 12twenty as well as our Career & Internship Expo! To begin, activate your alumni account in 12twenty.
Early-Career Alumni (0–3 Years)
Your first years after graduation are formative. The CCD remains an active partner in your growth. Alumni within three years receive:
- Unlimited complimentary career advising
- Access to CCD events and the Career & Internship Expo
- Optional career self-assessments
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – $35
- Strong Interest Inventory – $10
These tools help you better understand how you contribute to teams, organizations, and industries.
Established Alumni (3+ Years)
Career evolution does not plateau. It compounds. Alumni beyond three years receive:
- One complimentary career counseling session
- Additional sessions are available at $85 each
- Complimentary continued access to CCD programming and recruiting events
- Assessment Fees
- MBTI – $45
- Strong Interest Inventory – $25
- Interpretation sessions – $85
