American Statistical Association - Rice Student Chapter

The American Statistical Association Rice Student Chapter (STAT-ASA) is a student-run organization for both graduate and undergraduate students interested in the study of statistics in the broadest sense. The purpose of STAT-ASA, according to the ASA, is “to provide opportunities for students to connect with other students interested in statistics and interact with prominent statisticians locally and at national meetings. It also encourages students to continue studying statistics and provides career information in the statistical sciences.”

Association for Women Geoscientists - Rice University Student Chapter

The Association for Women Geoscientists is an international organization devoted to enhancing the quality and level of participation of women in geosciences and to encouraging girls and young women (including cisgender, transgender, genderfluid, and non-binary persons) to explore geoscience careers. The Rice University Student Chapter upholds these values and connects students with leaders across Houston’s diverse geoscience community, including the energy, environmental, and space sectors.

We are the biggest digital design club on campus that focuses on anything from graphic design to UX design. The Rice Economic Forum (REF) is a student organization at Rice University dedicated to advancing dialogue, research, and professional development in economics, bringing together undergraduates, graduates, faculty, and community members from diverse academic backgrounds.
