There are no fees associated with posting full-time roles or internships for our undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni through the 12twenty portal. If you see a fee attached to your posting on 12twenty, please ensure you are accessing our talent network through the Rice-specific 12twenty site: rice.12twenty.com/hire.

The CCD serves as the recruiting hub for all Rice undergraduates, non-MBA graduate students, and alumni. Rice's 12twenty site serves all Rice students, including MBAs. The CCD is happy to help you share these opportunities with Rice students. 12twenty is our campus hub for career development, allowing our campus partners to easily post positions and review student applications.

1. Create your account on 12twenty. → rice.12twenty.com/hire.
2. Fill in your information. Be sure to type in “Rice University” as your employer and use your Rice email address.
3. Wait for a confirmation email. You should receive a system-generated confirmation email with a code.
4. On your home page, under Rice Student Employment Jobs, select the blue “+POST” button.
5. Fill in the details for your job posting. Only fields marked with an asterisk are required.
6. Hit “Submit” on your job posting to make it available to Rice students.
