Host an Information Session
Information sessions are a great way to promote your company’s opportunities and interact with potential candidates before your interviews. These sessions allow students to get to know your organization beyond the job description. You may also create a specialized session unique to your organization (i.e. alumni panel, interview preparation, simulation, competition, industry-specific panel or presentation).
Recruiting events coordinated through the Center for Career Development are open to Rice students and alumni only. We cannot facilitate the participation or attendance of unaffiliated community members.
Select a Date
Information Sessions for Rice students are held in the time slots of 4-5PM, 5:30-6:30PM, and 7-8PM Monday-Thursday during the campus recruiting season.

Information Session Fee
Information sessions may be reserved for $150 for for-profit organizations or $100 for non-profit organizations.
Your registration fee includes support from CCD representatives to help you with event set-up, inclusion on the CCD marketing schedule, technology support, and optimized scheduling. Fees are invoiced to employers after event completion.
Host Coffee Chats
Connect one-on-one with Rice talent over a cup of coffee! Coffee Chats are an informal recruiting event that take place in the Brochstein Pavilion at the heart of campus. Our team is also happy to facilitate virtual coffee chats. We recommend this event to new employers at Rice and to any employers who wish to talk to Rice students individually without the formality of an interview.
Coffee chats can be hosted "drop-in" style or a schedule can be created to coincide with your event.
