SPRING 2017 NONPROFIT & GOVERNMENT CAREER & INTERNSHIP EXPO

February 28  ·  1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  ·  Rice Memorial Center

This event is a great way to meet students interested in employment, internships, fellowships, and year of service opportunities available in the nonprofit and government sector. We are excited to partner with the Center for Civic Leadership to expand the event to include students across all majors, degrees and years.

THE DAY OF THE EXPO


DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Visit http://futureowls.rice.edu/futureowls/How_to_Get_Here.asp for driving directions to Rice. Once on campus, refer to the map at http://www.rice.edu/maps/maps.html. The Central Campus Garage is Building #53 on the map and Rice Memorial Center is across the street and Building #63.

Park in the Central Campus Garage, at the corner of Alumni Drive and College Way / Loop Road. Entrance to the underground garage is on the left, off College Way. A credit card is required for entry, but the card will not be charged at time of entry. When exiting the garage at the end of the day, insert your parking pass FIRST (followed by your credit card) to avoid charge. Your parking passes will be given to you during check-in.

Once parked, take the elevator up into the Jones Graduate School. Walk east through the Jones School and across the street to the Student Center. After entering the Student Center, continue walking straight past the Campus Bookstore on your left, and the Grand Hall is on your right.

CHECK IN

Stop by the employer registration table located at the entrance to the Grand Hall. You will receive a welcome packet that includes your parking pass.  Please note that ONE parking pass is included with your registration.  Organization check in begins at 12:30pm.

 

Please note that electricity is not available to booths in the Grand Hall.
