Employer Information Sessions

Every semester, the Center for Career Development hosts hundreds of employer information sessions on campus. These information sessions often coincide with the employer's On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) schedule or Career Fair participation.

What are Information Sessions?
Employers make presentations on topics including job opportunities, company overviews, and typically provide an opportunity to network with the company. The CCD strongly encourages business casual dress unless otherwise indicated in the information session description.

How do I find Information Sessions?
The details including date, time, and location can be found on RICElink under the events tab or on the CCD events calendar on the homepage. Be sure to check back often as employers schedule informations throughout the semester. Space is limited, so please RSVP on RICElink: Powered by Handshake if you plan to attend.
Who should attend?
Most information sessions are open to all students and provide valuable insight on what it would be like to work for that specific employer or industry. Information sessions are often hosed by recent grads and alumni who are working in your field of interest. They provide valuable insight and are willing to answer any questions to you may have or how to become a stronger candidate.
